Had late lunch at this branch and the food was great. Salad is so fresh and the chicken souvlaki was very tender and juicy. The place is not busy and very clean. Staff are friendly.

I had an awful experience at Opa in Maple Ridge, BC yesterday.
I found a fly in my salad. when I complained, the manager started arguing with me. First she said it is an Oregano leaf, then she said it is supplier's fault then said it is normal and fly can come into the store.
I asked for my money back and she refused to do that, she said that we almost finished our food!!!
I posted the picture on all social media, I will never go back to any Opa, neither my friends and family.
with one bad customer service, Opa will lose many many customers!!! -

This was amazing! All of the food was fresh and good in quality. Everything has an original impressive taste and even walking in smells nice. The platter is by far the best fish there. The rice is great. The potato is amazing and seasoned well. However, some of the meat is a little too hard such as the lamb which is a little too fatty. Overall, great food!

Hate this franchise its sooo far from greek food its crazy. I have been here twice and both times i feel like a grecian rolled in his gross little grave. I have to stop going. But i probably wont because its just so funny. So the last time i went in the staff talked so loud, I felt that maybe I should join in the conversation. So i did. We talked a lot. It was weird. If they cared half as much about the food they're cooking than Donald Trumps pussy grabbing rampages maybe people wouldn't be leaving reviews like this. After paying they offered to bring out food to the table, then demanded we come get it. The meat is the worst part about this franchise. The lamb tasted over cooked low grade, gamey and stunk like B.O. The pita was dry and tastes like nothing but a Himalayan salt lick. The place was nice but the staff was very inadequately trained about what they were selling, how to deal with customers and looked overwhelmed with 2 customers on one order. While we were ordering one staff member was wiping the sides of the sauce container with a dirty Mongolian butt rag to make it look nice. Now all those sauces stink like poo good job. Right when i was thinking they clean the kitchen, seating area and bathrooms with the same dirty rag. That was probably the same rag they were cleaning the sauce containers with. I seen her start wiping the windows and the door handles. I was laughing so hard at her. The bathroom was surprisingly clean but smelt soo bad. Like windex, poo and tzatziki.
